Vishnu Manchu starrer Kannappa to release on OTT soon?
According to a report by 123telugu, Vishnu Manchu, starring Kannappa, has been slated to release the OTT platform on the Amazon Prime Video on 25 July 2025. If the report comes true, the film must be making its way on the digital platform only a month after the dramatic release.
However, an official confirmation on Kannappa’s OTT release is yet to be made by manufacturers or streaming platforms. Beyond the release of Kannappa, Vishnu Manchu revealed how he did not finalize an OTT deal before the film’s release.
Talking to the press, the actor said, “I have great freedom because my film will not come in OTT before 10 weeks. This is the deal that I have and by God, I do not have the pressure to release. My only intention is to perform the best for the audience.”
About Kannappa
Kannappa has a story of a young and fiery tribal hunter Thinnadu who is an atheist. However, on a terrible day, the man reveals a Shiva Lingam in the forest and makes the idol offerings for the best of his ability.
The film focuses on how a man becomes the greatest devotee of Lord Shiva with Hindu mythology. Kannappa’s legend is based on the texts of mythology, in which man is in the context of being a saint.

Kannappa is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, which is based on a story and has been given himself a screenplay by Vishnu. The film was obtained with mixed reviews from critics on release.
