The makers of ‘Kanguva’ released the trailer of the film on Monday, August 12. Depicting the epic battle between Suriya and Bobby Deol, the trailer of the film has been widely appreciated by the audience and critics on social media.
Many users praised Suriya and his team for working meticulously on the film for over two years and bringing out a powerful trailer. A section of social media users also expressed their satisfaction over the visual quality of the film. ‘Kangua’ is set against the backdrop of a tribal battle, and hence, it required a lot of VFX work and grand sets.

The film is directed by Siruthai Siva and clashes with Suriya’s Kanguva and Bobby Deol’s Udhiran. Both the actors are seen in tough avatars, which promises an action-packed visual experience. The film also stars Disha Patani in the lead role. However, the trailer does not give a full glimpse of the actor.
‘Kanguva’ is all set for a grand release on October 10. The film marks the Tamil debut of Bobby, who was last seen as a villain in ‘Animal’. It is a period drama jointly produced by Studio Green and UV Creations.
