Kalki 2898 AD directed by Nag Ashwin is almost ready for its theatrical premiere. Fans have already shown a lot of excitement about the film, and the makers are putting in all their efforts to maintain this tremendous buzz. Currently, the makers have organized a pre-release event on June 19, 2024 in Mumbai.
Veteran actors Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan as well as Prabhas and soon-to-be mother Deepika Padukone were also present at the event. During the ongoing event, Prabhas shared his experience of working in Kalki 2898 AD with everyone.

During the ongoing show, when the host of the show Rana Daggubati asked Prabhas how he felt about working with three superstars in one film, Prabhas said, “First of all, I would like to thank Dutt garu and Nagi garu who gave me this opportunity to work with the greatest legends, it is bigger than a dream and I don’t know what to say like the first time when I met Amitabh sir and touched his feet he said don’t do this, and if you do it then I will also do it.”
Prabhas further spoke about Big B and said, “We have grown up watching you; my uncles had the same hairstyle as you; he is the first actor in the country who reached every part of the country like South, North, we all know that in Telugu, in Tamil we saw Amitabh Bachchan’s hairstyle and he is tall, any tall person says Amitabh Bachchan.”
Later, the popular actor mentioned that when Kamal Haasan’s Saagar movie was released, he had asked his mother to buy the same dress that Kamal Haasan wore in the movie. Prabhas also mentioned that people who have a bulging belly wear clothes and also block everyone from seeing it.
Prabhas concluded his statement by saying, “It’s incredible to work with him and thank you, sir.”
Later Prabhas told Deepika Padukone that he always wanted to work with Deepika and it is a great thing for actors and actresses who reach international level with such a beautiful superstar. Working with Deepika Padukone was a great experience for him.

The soundtrack of the science fiction thriller is composed by Santosh Narayanan. The funding has come from Vaijayanti Movies, which is run by C. Ashwini Dutt. The eagerly awaited Nag Ashwin film will premiere on the big screen on June 27, 2024.
