K-pop star Kim Han-bin, better known by the stage name BI, is coming to India in December this year. The South Korean musician will be performing as part of the K-Town Festival in Mumbai on December 14. The festival has confirmed this through an announcement. Tickets for the same have gone live.

He will be joining EXO members Chen and Xiumin along with GOT7 member BamBam for their first performance in India. B.I. is a rapper, singer-songwriter and record producer and is known for his energetic performances.

Han-bin’s music is a blend of various genres such as hip-hop, pop, and R&B. He was previously part of the iKon group under YG Entertainment. He was the group’s leader and main rapper. B.I. participated in creating many of iKON’s hit songs as a songwriter and producer, including “My Type”, “Dumb and Dumber”, and “Love Scenario”.

B.I left iKON and YG Entertainment in 2019 after becoming embroiled in a controversy involving alleged drug use.

He then made a solo comeback in 2021 under his own label 131. He released his first full-length solo album Waterfall with the title track “Illa Illa”. His latest releases include the global single “Tasty”, for which he worked with a team of North American producers including Malibu Baby and Vaughn Oliver. It was released in May 2024.
