Justin Baldoni’s wife Emily Baldoni breaks her silence for the first time following the Blake Lively and It Ends With Us director’s legal battle. The film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel has been making headlines due to controversies surrounding the cinematic excerpt.
Following the film’s digital release, Lively filed a lawsuit against her co-star and the film’s director Justin Baldoni on grounds of sexual harassment.
The Jane the Virgin star also filed a counter-suit against the actress and her husband for allegedly trying to ban Baldoni from attending the film’s premiere.
While the case is ongoing, the filmmaker’s wife shared a family photo on the occasion of Baldoni’s birthday. Emily posted a photo of herself kissing her husband while both of their children surrounded her for a hug.
Along with a heartfelt post, Emily penned an adorable caption that read, “Happy birthday, my love. Celebrate the man, husband and father you are. I would choose you over and over again.”

The filmmaker’s wife has not yet said anything publicly on this matter. Meanwhile, regarding the lawsuit filed by the actress, Lively has expressed hope that strict action will be taken against those running the defamation campaign against her.
The actress said, “I hope that my legal action will help expose these horrific retaliatory tactics that harm people who speak out about misconduct, and help protect those who may be targeted. ”
While the actor-director has denied the allegations, he claimed that filing the case against him was an attempt by the Age of Adaline actress to “fix” her negative reputation.
