Actor Adam Mondschin, who was involved in the controversial birth scene, has ended with us, has come forward and disputed the version of Blake Livli during filming. He has said that he is ready to testify in the upcoming legal matter.
In a statement received by Page Six, which he released on 8 April, Mondchen called Livali’s account wrong, which he had experienced himself. He claimed that he could not be expected to remember the memories of events and said, in his view, the environment was professional and respectable on the set during the shoot.
“My experience of working with him is much different from described in his trial,” Mondschin said. In fact, I was surprised to read her details of the scene. “
The revised trial made by Vibant in February 2025 claims that filming on the set was chaotic, which had no proper procedure to film intimate scenes. The complaint stated that he was allegedly pushed to do partially naked scenes, stating that he was exposed to the bottom of the waist and was put into the stir with insufficient privacy and coverage.
Livali lawyers, per people, stated that the scheduled conditions of Baldoni allowed “non-essential crew passing, while Ms. Liveli was partially naked from the chest, which was spread downwards with her feet and had only a small piece of clothes covering her genitals.”
Lively, allegedly, “not provided with anything with which he made several requests to cover himself.”
The complaint also condemned the option to cast Mondschin, which is clearly a family of Baldoni, as an on-screen ob-grain, referring to it as an invasive as an aggressiveness in view of the physical proximity in the scene.
Mondschein denied the account by explaining professional clothing and prosthetics worn during the film filming. He insisted that he looked alive and did not complain during filming. He defended himself against the allegations of bias in his casting, dismissed the claims of the bias and highlighted his suitability for the role.
He said, “Ms. Liveli’s requests about my merit are aggressive, as my Bonafide is easily searchable online,” he said.
The source of People Magazine revealed that when she knew that she felt “extremely uncomfortable”, she came to know that “the actor who was keeping his face between his feet was the best friend of the boss.”
However, Baldoni insisted on allegedly playing the role of his best friend to involve the birth scene with an exposed vibrant. Mondschin said, “If I am called to testify in the case, I will answer more independently than the truth that whatever I asked is with all legal protection.”
Blake Liveli’s suit against Justin Baldony is scheduled for testing in March 2026.
