South star Jr NTR recently spoke about his upcoming release Devra, in which he will be seen sharing screen space with actor and Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor.

While talking to director Sandeep Reddy Vanga about the film, Jr NTR said that some of Janhvi’s expressions and the way she carries herself on camera remind him of late actress Sridevi.

Jr NTR said, “I remember, there was a photoshoot where we did a kind of look test. We released a picture of her where she was sitting on a boat and looking at the camera. She looked exactly like Sridevi. In some angles, she looks exactly like her. We tried to capture some glimpses of her in the camera but I don’t think you can capture her in any angle. But, the way she acts or the way she smiles is amazing. It brings back memories of Sridevi.”

Janhvi responded by saying that acting in Telugu is ‘like home’ for her, “It’s weird for me to say this, but I feel it even more when I act and speak in Telugu. I don’t know if that means anything. It just feels like home to me.”

Apart from Janhvi and Jr NTR, Devraa also stars Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko in pivotal roles. The film will release in theatres on September 27.
