Jr NTR’s Devara Part 1 is all set for its much-awaited release on March 28, 2025 in Japan. The film’s Japan release will be handled by distributor Twin. Attributed to Prabhas’s Kalki 2898 ADApart from Jr. NTR, this film marks the South debut of Janhvi Kapoor.

In India, Devara Part 1 received tremendous support from fans, Net earning of around Rs 300 crores In just three weeks. Junior NTR credited the success of the film to the audience and expressed his gratitude for the love of the fans.

According to reports, Japan ticket sales for Deora Part 1 will begin on January 3, 2025. Jr NTR, who has garnered a huge fan base in Japan, especially after RRR, is excited about the release.

A fan recently shared a video of the actor promising a Japanese fan that the film will release in his country. “They kept their promise and are bringing Devara to Japan on March 28, 2025,” the fan wrote on X.

Written and directed by Koratala Siva, Devara Part 1 is an action drama, starring Jr. NTR in two roles – as father Devara and son Vardha. The film also marks the debut of Janhvi and Saif Ali Khan in Telugu. Prakash Raj, Shruti Marathe, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narayan, Kalaiyarasan and Murali Sharma are part of the supporting cast. It was released in India on 27 September.

Jr NTR is currently working on his upcoming project, Hrithik Roshan’s War 2. The action thriller marks his Bollywood debut and his first film with YRF. Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, the film will be released on August 14, 2025.
