Devraa is an upcoming action drama film starring Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film is steadily inching closer to its release date. Amid the growing anticipation, the RRR star shared an emotional message with his fans on his social media handle X, marking the last day of the shoot.
Along with a behind the scenes photo from the sets, the actor wrote a note revealing that he has completed his final shot for the much-awaited film. In the picture, Jr NTR is seen standing under a large, professionally designed light setup on the sets of Devara Part 1.
The scene appears to be set at night, with powerful lights illuminating the set, creating a dramatic atmosphere. Jr NTR is presumably in conversation with the film’s director, both of whom are standing in front of bright lights, creating long shadows on the ground.
The set has a reddish-brown dirty floor, and a few other crew members are seen in the background, busy with their chores. The overall mood of the photo reflects the behind-the-scenes activity and the meticulous setup required to film an intense scene in Deora.
Sharing a BTS photo from the sets of Devra, he wrote, “Just finished my last shot for Devra Part 1. What an amazing journey it has been. I will miss the ocean of love and the incredible team. Can’t wait for everyone to step into the world created by Shiva on September 27th.”

Devraa has Jr NTR reportedly playing a double role in the film. He has previously worked with director Koratala Siva in the 2016 hit Janatha Garage. Janhvi Kapoor has joined the cast in the lead role, which marks her debut in Telugu cinema. Fans are eager to see her chemistry with Jr NTR on screen. Saif Ali Khan is also playing an important role (reportedly the antagonist) in the film.
Devra Part 1 is scheduled to release in theatres worldwide on September 27, 2024.
