Jr NTR on Devara 2: It will take some time to make part two something big
Telugu star Jr NTR shares insights into the making of the sequel to Devara, emphasizing a thoughtful approach to surpass the success of the first film. He said that the sequel would be ‘something bigger, better’.
In a recent interview, Telugu actor Jr NTR provided an update on the much-awaited sequel of Devara, revealing that while some scenes have already been shot, the team is taking a more thoughtful approach to ensure That the second part exceeds expectations.
“We have shot a few scenes, but now the responsibility is on us as the first part is going well. We’ll take a little more time to make part two something bigger and better, and something that will excite the audience a little more. We will write it, and I want my director Koratala Siva to take a month’s leave,” Jr NTR said.
The actor said he encouraged the director to take time out to refresh and return with new ideas. “I told him, ‘You know what? This is my gift. I said I’m going to send you away from Hyderabad. Go for a month and a half, just go, have fun, and don’t think about anything. Come back, And then we will start writing for it again. Let’s just refresh, re-energize, rethink, recalibrate, recalibrate and then we’ll write Devara 2.”

Devara Part 1 is Jr NTR’s first solo release in six years after 2018’s Aravind Sametha Veera Raghava. She was last seen in SS Rajamouli’s RRR opposite Ram Charan in 2022.
