Jowar Soup recipe | How to make Jowar Soup at home
Making jowar soup at home is very easy. This recipe has been shared by @somewhatchef on Instagram. To make it, first take jowar flour and water in a bowl. Keep aside. Take a pan and heat a tablespoon of olive oil in it. Now add chopped garlic and onion to it. Fry till it becomes transparent. Add finely chopped vegetables of your choice and mix well.
When the vegetables are still crisp, add the jowar flour mixture to the pan and mix. Let the mixture cook on low flame for 5 minutes until it starts to emit a nice aroma. Season it with salt and pepper and add water slowly. Let the soup cook and thicken, and enjoy!
