Jesse Eisenberg isn’t shy about discussing what he likes and dislikes about his co-stars. Similarly, as per the report, the actor revealed that his A Real Pain co-star Kieran Culkin loves it when people talk to him about the iconic film Home Alone.
According to People magazine, Eisenberg revealed this information during his appearance at the National Board Review Awards Gala in New York. The event was held on Tuesday, January 7.
The Social Network star said, “The thing I love most about Kieran is that when people meet him they go up to him and talk about Home Alone, so I said yes.” When the artist was asked if he was a “super fan” of Home Alone, he joked that who at his age isn’t.
For those unaware, Kieran Culkin has a small but memorable role in which he played Fuller McCallister, the younger cousin of Kevin McCallister, played by his real brother Macaulay Culkin.
According to the outlet, in June, when Kieran participated in a Tribeca Film Festival panel, he shared that growing up, he had watched the iconic film several times at Christmas, and he had it “completely memorized.” ‘
The actor also shared that he had no idea what the film was about. According to the outlet, Kieran mentioned watching it at the premiere and laughing uncontrollably.
He added, “I saw it at the premiere and I was dying laughing. I was like, ‘Okay, I guess that makes sense.’ (Macaulay) was often on the set. I think he’s the main character in the movie,” he said, adding, “I enjoyed doing it, but I didn’t really know what it was about (until it came out).” ‘
