Earlier this week, Amazon MGM Studio has long made manufacturers and Custodian Michael G. Wilson and Barbara took creative control of James Bond Franchise from Brokoli. The news surprised many people, including Timothy Dalton, who famous in the 1987 film The Living Dellites and It’s follow-up 1989 Film license to Kill.

Talking to the Radio Times, Dalton shared his views on this memorial change in the Bond Franchise.

“I was very, very surprised and surprised,” he said. Calling Barbara a magnificent woman and a “amazing” manufacturer, Dalton recalled to work with her father, Cubbi Broccoli and working well with her.

“He was a very powerful and strong anchor for the project,” he said. Dalton revealed that nothing was made in the film without the approval seal of QB. The Jane Eire actor expressed grief over losing the visionary producer and dear friend, who died on 27 June 1996.

Dalton said that under the supervision of QB, the franchise was well under control, which is sad that it is not so now. However, the actor still spoke of the franchise. Although its films have often shifted the direction of the series in decades, they have maintained the essence of original films.

He said, “I hope Amazon lies on him and gives us films that have brought great enthusiasm and fun for so many people,” he said. Dalton congratulated the studio and greeted him.

He ended his comment with a pinch, saying that the studio will undoubtedly work hard to make money from the franchise, but he hopes that they just work as hard to make good films.

Dalton was not the first bond actor to share his views on the acquisition of Amazon MGM. Daniel Craig also weighed the news. Talking to the variety, the actor said he would like to work on various projects with Barbara and Michael and later “long, relax and well wishes for worthy retirement.”
