A huge Bruce Springsteen fan named Tom Cruise was spotted at a concert at Wembley Stadium in London on Thursday, July 25. The 62-year-old actor was seen clapping and dancing with his friends in the adjacent VIP section.
A company of celebrities
Joining Cruise were 39-year-old Phoebe Waller-Bridge, famous for her role in Fleabag; Christopher McQuarrie, director and writer of the Mission: Impossible movies; and renowned director Guillermo del Toro, who made the event even more exciting for everyone in attendance. This added to the fun of the evening as 74-year-old Springsteen gave an amazing performance.
Cruise and Waller-Bridge have attended live concerts together before. They both recently attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show, which took place at Wembley in late June. Notably, Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce was also part of their group, as were Prince William, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Hugh Grant.
from London to Paris
Cruise jetted off to Paris after watching Springsteen perform at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics on Friday, June 26. Despite the rain-soaked ceremony, the Top Gun: Maverick star appeared happy.
Hoda Kotb took a picture of him and shared the moment on Instagram with the caption, “You know when you dream of meeting Tom Cruise… and then it finally happens,” expressing her happy experience of taking a picture with him.
In response to this post, Jenna Bush Hager joked about Kotb’s poncho, which she was wearing in this photo, while another host, Savannah Guthrie, said that they are like icons.
Tom Cruise loves attending concerts and big events as he loves both art and global celebrations. His presence at such events is always a topic of discussion, which his fans enjoy a lot.
