The entire Roshan family including Hrithik Roshan is very proud of Pashmina Roshan as she gears up for the release of her film Ishq Vishk Rebound.
Ahead of the release, Hrithik’s cousin reacted to people’s expectations from him and also expressed his wish to carry forward the Roshan family legacy.
“I want to do work that I am proud of,” says Pashmina Roshan.
During an interview with Mid Day, Pashmina Roshan, daughter of music composer Rajesh Roshan and cousin of Hrithik Roshan, reacted to the weight of expectations that fell on her while preparing for Ishq Vishq Rebound.
Talking about her cousin, Pashmina said that it is difficult to come close to Hrithik’s debut. She said that she sometimes listens to her father’s songs and wonders if she will ever be able to match his art. Pashmina said, “I don’t see it as pressure but as a dream.”
Sharing her thoughts on carrying forward the legacy, Pashmina said, “Hrithik stands for his values and is carrying forward the family legacy. I hope I will be able to do the same. I want to do work that I am proud of. I am nervous. However, this nervousness is filled with happiness.”

A few days ago, the makers released the much-awaited trailer of Ishq Vishk Rebound. The film is based on a modern love story where we see Pashmina and Rohit getting separated from their partners and realising that they are attracted to each other.
Reacting to the trailer, Hrithik wrote, “Aww!! This was amazing! The storyline. It’s new! I love it!” On the other hand, his girlfriend Saba Azad wrote, “It’s here and it’s here!! Watch my animal trailer now!!” Expressing her excitement, she further wrote, “Go baby girl!! Can’t wait (smile emoji) @pashminaroshan.”
Apart from the lead actors such as Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibran Khan and Naila Grewal, the film also stars Kusha Kapila, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Akarsh Khurana, Shilpa Vishal Shetty, Shataf Figar, Anita Kulkarni and Sheeba Chaddha in pivotal roles.
Meanwhile, presented by Tips Films, Ishq Vishq Rebound is directed by the accomplished Avinash Dharmadhikari and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani. It will hit the theatres on June 21, 2024.
