Isha Ambani is a big fan of filmmaker Karan Johar. In her recent interview to a magazine, she told that she likes Karan Johar’s films very much. Isha is currently busy preparing for the grand wedding of her brother Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.

When asked which film makes her cry, she mentioned the ‘holy trinity’ and said, “It’s the holy trinity of ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ and ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’,” expressing her love for dramatic films directed by KJo.

Isha, the only daughter of Reliance Industries Limited Chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani, said that she remembers songs from Karan’s films and can sing them instantly. She said, “I am a big fan of Karan and Dharma, so I can sing any of their songs in full voice (laughs).

On Tuesday, Isha along with her husband Anand Piramal and the entire Ambani family attended a mass wedding ceremony of 50 underprivileged couples from Palghar. The event was one of the pre-wedding festivities that the family has been celebrating for the past four months. The ceremony took place at Reliance Corporate Park in Mumbai and was attended by around 800 people, including family members of the couples.

Industrialist Viren Merchant’s daughter Anant and Radhika’s wedding will take place on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre. The wedding is expected to be a star-studded affair, just like Isha and Akash’s wedding. Adele, Drake and Lana Del Rey are rumoured to be coming to India to perform at Anant-Radhika’s wedding.
