Is Samsung thinking of digging S Pen in future Galaxy S Ultras?

Samsung is the king of smartphone Styles – not only the most models that support one, but the S pen is integrated deeply into its galaxies. And it is not much better than the Galaxy S Ultra Flagship. This is because the Galaxy S22 Ultra was the spiritual successor of the final Galaxy Note, essentially merging the note and S ultra lineup together.

Is Samsung thinking of digging a pen in the future of future galaxy?

But Samsung removed Bluetooth and Gyroscope from S Pen for the Galaxy S25 Ultra – it is added in 2018 – which indicates that S Pen can be on its way.

Citing its own survey, Samsung says only 1% of the galaxy owners use those characteristics of S Pen. This is a bad reasoning for some reasons. First, there are 1% of all S Pen users – hundreds of thousands. Second, S Penn was the final remote shutter for your galaxy phone (Samsung would like you to use your Galaxy Watch for it now). Third, Samsung did not add anything to make up for Bluetooth deficiency.

On one side Bluetooth, S Pen is still a competent stylus. It still has 4096 level pressure sensitivity and it still opens the world of productivity possibilities on your phone.

But dumping under the S Pen, is sad, almost universally indicated its upcoming full expulsion from the phone. We hope that we are wrong about this, but this is not a good sign when the features are removed.

And this can happen early next year. We can see a S pen-cum Galaxy S26 Ultra. Samsung can use a large battery or internal component adaptation as logic for this.

On the other hand, Samsung can work on a new standalone S pen that will work with more phones – it opens the possibility for new cases fancy with S Pen Holsters for more phones, which will improve profitability. This is a winning strategy, even though we will be salty about Bluetooth-Saksham S Pen Holdouts.
