The production team behind Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire addressed speculation over the status of the sequel by posting a behind-the-scenes photo on social media, confirming that the second part has not been shelved.
Rumor has it that it is a sequel to Prabhas’ film Salar: Part 1 – Armistice Recently it was discontinued, causing concern among fans and industry observers. Reports suggest that the project, starring Prabhas and directed by Prashanth Neel, was shelved after a disappointing performance at the box office. Raja sir. However, the makers have stepped in to clarify the rumors with just a BTS still with Prabhas and Shruti Haasan.

In the photo, both Shruti Haasan and Prabhas are smiling looking at the phone. It is not a photo but a caption which was interpreted as a hint that the film was still playing. The caption read, “Aadya is showing Deva what happens to her in #Salaar2!! What do you think it is?”
