Adolescents, a series of adolescents by Netflix’s critics, may get the second season. The show’s creators, Stephen Graham and Hannah Walters have indicated the possibility of season 2.
Recently, Graham and Walters saw the show’s immense international reception and the possibility of the second season. A four-part series, co-produced by his firm, maternal produce, recalls the tragic story of a British family, which is abandoned because his 13-year-old son is arrested for killing his classmate.
Adolescents, co-written by Jack Thorn and Graham, stands out of others in their unique style of the film-every episode was shot in a long, continuous taking. The effect of the show was immediate. It dominated streaming lists in 80 countries, from Saudi Arabia to India to Australia.
Although successful, the second season has no guarantee. Graham suggested that may be more, but officially nothing is planned. Walters talked about difficulty in topping a show, which has such an impact, but saw creative ability to try to develop new stories.
Speaking about a second season, Graham told the variety with a smile, “Probably; let’s see how the figures are. But yes, there is a possibility of developing another story.”
Meanwhile, Walters told the outlet, “A prequel for adolescence, it is not going to happen. But a-shot has a lot of profit and is so much benefit in investing in human nature again and is looking at something else. But yes, everything looks good … Everyone is happy, we will say?”
Walters also confirmed that his firm would once again want to cooperate with Netflix. Walters did not dismiss any possibility of interacting with Netflix in the future, suggesting that a more formal alliance could be possible.
The fan, however, is waiting with the son -in -law breath for the word of a possible season 2. Adolescence is currently streaming on Netflix.
