iQOO is all set to launch another series iQOO Z9s just days after launching the iQOO Z9 Lite in India. According to a post by the company’s CEO, the iQOO Z9s will come to India in August.

Days after launching the iQOO Z9 Lite in India, the company is all set to launch another device. iQOO CEO Nipun Marya recently shared the official poster of the iQOO Z9s series. Speaking on X (formerly Twitter), he said, “The wait is over! Prepare yourself for the fully loaded ‘Z’ Vibe.” The post also hinted that the upcoming device will come “fully loaded for the Mega Taser”, indicating that the smartphone will sport a powerful processor for a great performance. It is also being speculated that the upcoming smartphone will be a rebranded version of the iQOO Z9 Turbo, which was launched in China in April this year.

In the post, the upcoming iQOO Z9s series is seen sporting a solid, boxy design. The poster image only reveals the back panel of the device. The rear panel has a glossy back with a camera island placed on the top-right corner of the device. The device features a dual camera setup with a ring light placed on the right side of the cameras. Zooming in on the poster reveals that the camera sports an aspherical lens. This feature could improve camera quality by improving image quality and reducing the number of optical elements required. Apart from these details, nothing else is said in the poster image or the post. But since it is being speculated that the upcoming iQOO Z9s series will be a rebranded version of the Z9 Turbo, we can expect some specifications.

iQOO Z9 Turbo

The iQOO Z9 Turbo is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Apart from this, this recently launched smartphone is equipped with an independent graphics chip Turbo and 6K VC heat dissipation system. The Z9 Turbo also claims to offer an impressive gaming experience, iQOO claims that it will have a robust 6000 mAh battery and a 1.5K OLED flat display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz.

In terms of design, the official image on the website offers a glimpse of the upcoming iQOO Z9 Turbo smartphone. The device features a dual rear camera setup within a square camera module. Its rear panel, boasts a smooth finish, prominently displaying the iQOO branding. Furthermore, the smartphone adopts a flat screen design, with the power button and volume rocker located on the right side.

iQOO Z9 Lite

The iQOO Z9 Lite 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G mobile platform. Its 8-core CPU is built on a 6nm process technology. It supports dual SIM 5G with eight 5G bands, promising fast download speeds and stable connectivity. The phone has a 90Hz display with TUV certification for low blue light and a high brightness mode of 840 nits, making it easy to see both indoors and outdoors.

The iQOO Z9 Lite 5G runs on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14. It has 128GB of internal storage (expandable up to 1TB via SD card) and comes with 4GB or 6GB of RAM. The phone has a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP bokeh lens. It includes several modes like Night, Portrait, Panorama and Time-lapse. The front camera is 8-megapixel, which is suitable for selfies and video calls.
