IPO Calendar: 2 new issues, 10 list investors need to be careful for this week

HP Telecom India IPO

HP Telecom’s IPO will open for public subscription on February 20. The company fixed the price band of Rs 108 per share. The public offer fur includes fresh equity equity sales of 34.23 crore equity shares by existing shareholders that have only no OF components.

Bizasan Explotech will launch its 60 crore IPO with a price of Rs 165-175 per share. IPO is a pure fresh equity sales of 34.24 lakh shares. Retail investors can bid for at least 800 stocks.

The net income from the IPO will be used to fund the expansion of the existing production unit, the purchase of plants and machinery, payment of debt and the capital costs for civil construction required for general corporate purposes.
