bhujangasana

Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana, the bow pose, is one of the most common exercises that is very beneficial. When you stretch your body backwards, it eases digestion, boosts metabolism and controls appetite. Losing calories becomes easier if you do this asana.

Boating
Another name for Naukasana is Boat Pose. This exercise benefits your core muscles, resulting in the expansion and contraction of the muscles around your abdomen. Ustrasana
