Hundreds of people were killed in a series of air strikes in Gaza in the last few days. Since the October 2023 attack, the barrage of attacks with ground operations in the rest strip under the siege was immersed in crisis.
Half a dozen Hamas leaders were erased as Israel targeted the major infrastructure, continuing its tireless campaign against Hamas. In one example, an aerial bombardment claimed more than a dozen lives, gathered in the northern region. In another bombing, 14 members of a family died together, Gaza’s civil defense agency said.
Along with the aerial attack, the ground operation indicates the intention of returning to the war on a full scale with the intention of Israel, despite efforts to attack a new ceasefire deal to bring back the people being taken hostage by Hamas. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned that this is “only the beginning”, saying that any such conversation will be “only under fire”.
The Israel appears to be with American support in returning to the war – with the White House that the US was consulted on Tuesday before a barrage in the air strike Gaza. Israel was risking its hostages, returning to Hamas, who has ruled Gaza since 2007.
Ground operation details
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said it organized “broad attacks” in the Gaza Strip last evening, which targets the vehicle carrying two Hamas operatives and posts a monitoring between other important infrastructure.

“IDF and ISA (Israel Security Agency) are setting terrorists in Gaza Strip and will continue working against terrorist organizations and will remove any threat to the citizens of Israeli state,” he said on his Telegram Channel last night.
The Israeli soldiers started their ground activities in the Central and Southern Gaza on the previous day to expand the “security sector”. Its purpose was also to make a partial buffer zone between northern and southern Gaza. An official said that as part of the ground activities, Israeli soldiers expanded their control more.
“Together, it was decided that the Golani Brigade would be posted in the Southern Command Area and would be ready to operate in Gaza,” the IDF said.
Major abolition
In a simultaneous airstrike, Israeli forces targeted dozens of Hamas members, including its top commanders, aiming to fulfill their pledge to damage the Palestinian group’s military and government capabilities.
One of his goals was the command center of the Darraj Tafafa Battalion of Hamas, claiming that this base was used to plan attacks on Israeli citizens.

One of these attacks claimed the life of Yasar Muhammad Harb Moses, who handled security matters in Hamas’s political bureau. He first led his development office in the Executive Committee. The IDF accused him of promoting anti-Israeli activities and being closely associated with senior Hamas leaders like Yahya Sinavar.
The IDF has also claimed to end the head of Hamas Emergency Committee Muhammad Al-Jamasi, who also served in the political bureau positions and played an important role in his war against Israel.
Others killed in the attacks include Hamas Sarkar chief Essam al-Dalis and Mahmud Marzuk Ahmed Abu-Wafa, who were allegedly responsible for Hamas’s international security system. Justice Minister, Ahmed Amar Abdullah Alhata also led Bahjat Hasan Mohammad Abu-Sultan as well as the internal security forces of the Palestinian organization.
The count of death was around 470 since the resumption of a large -scale air strike on Monday and Tuesday.
Israel’s “final warning”
Israel issued a “final warning” before starting its deadly air strike, urging the residents to return the hostages organized by Hamas. “This is the final warning,” the Defense Minister, Israel Katz warned, demanded the return of the hostage.

He said, “Take the advice of the President of the United States. Remove the hostages and remove Hamas, and other options will open for you – including the possibility of leaving for other places in the world, who wants,” he said, saying, referring to a warning by US President Donald Trump earlier this month.
At least 58 Israeli citizens are believed to be considered in Hamas’s custody, even after dozens were released as part of the ceasefire. But Hamas claims that 34 of them have died.
There are efforts to attack a second ceasefire deal to bring back the hostages, but Israel has refused to stop the bombing for the talks. Both sides saw a brief stop in the fire during the first ceasefire, arbitrary by the US, Qatar and Egypt, which was implemented in January and ended in early March.
