Imtiaz Ali Avinash Tiwari, Arjun Rampal and Aditi Rao Hydeari are ready to start a new project. The trio was recently seen outside Imtiaz’s office for a script reading session.

According to reports, Imtiaz Ali has planted as a romantic lead in Avinash Tiwari and Aditi Rao Hydeari, while Arjun Rampal and Real Channa support the roles for their next.

While not knowing the details about the project, reports indicate that Ali is collaborating with Netflix for a series. When we met the director, with the direction of his brother Sajid Ali, we will write and build a series. This would mark Arjun Rampal’s first cooperation with Ali, while Aditi did a cameo in Rockstar and Avinash acted in Laila Majnu, which recently broke the record on release again.

The upcoming series is temporarily given the title of O Sathi Ray and is expected to be an external emotional romantic drama, which discovers the complications of an additional relationship. Arjun and Aditi are reportedly playing the role of a married couple, in which Avinash’s character has added tension to their relationship.

Avinash had previously worked with Sajid Ali in the film Laila Majnu. The project marks his return to Netflix after appearing in ghost stories, Bulbul, girl on train, Khake: The Bihar Chapter, and Alexander’s Mukdar.

Apart from O Sathi Re, Imtiaz Ali has two prominent directors. One includes Naseeruddin Shah, Diljit Dosanj, and Vedang Raina for a period drama, while Istanbul’s second title Idiosts include Fahd Fasil and Tripti Dimri. Details about these films have not yet appeared.
