Being a foodie, if you had to name your favorite animated movies, which ones come to mind? Many of us probably remember the 2007 film, RatatouilleOver the years, the film has captivated audiences of all ages around the world and cemented its status as a beloved modern classic. Ratatouille Tells the heartwarming story of a mouse named Remy who loves to cook and aspires to one day become a chef. He teams up with a clumsy kitchen worker named Linguini to cook a delicious meal in a Parisian restaurant, defying all barriers and social norms. One of the most iconic dishes he created is the one after which the film is named.

Ratatouille is a classic French dish and can be prepared in many ways. Pixar, the animation studio that created Ratatouille Recently shared a recipe for a version of the titanic dish. Here’s how you can recreate it at home:
- Keep vegetables like onion, zucchini, brinjal, capsicum and tomato chopped and ready.
- Take an oven-safe baking dish and begin arranging the vegetable slices in a single layer. Alternate the vegetables so you get a good mix of flavors and textures.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the slices. Add salt, pepper and herbs as per your taste.
- Bake the dish at 350 degrees F for about half an hour.
- After about 20 minutes, remove the dish from the oven briefly and add two cloves of pressed garlic. Place it back and let it cook thoroughly until the timer rings.
