I was approached for ‘Bigg Boss’ earlier too, but things didn’t work out: Vishal Pandey
Social media influencer Vishal Pandey joined ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’. In an exclusive conversation with India Today.in, he told how his journey was in the reality show.
Social media influencer and content creator Vishal Pandey, who has over nine million followers on Instagram, is one of the contestants of the third season of ‘Bigg Boss OTT’, which is currently streaming on JioCinema. Before entering the house, Vishal spoke exclusively to IndiaToday.in and revealed how he wants his journey inside the house to be.
Talking to us he said, “I was approached for ‘Bigg Boss’ earlier as well but then for some reason it didn’t happen. However, this time things finally fell into place and I am extremely happy to be a part of the show.”
Talking about which aspect of his personality he would like to highlight on the show, Vishal said, “I am a very loyal person. Loyalty is one of my biggest qualities. Everyone around me knows how loyal I am. Loyalty is very rare these days, and I think this is one of the qualities that can make me the winner of this season.”
Vishal, who made a big name by creating short content on social media, was also once targeted by the internet. He had to face online trolling. Talking about that incident and how he dealt with it, Vishal said, “Fortunately, my team and I have not been that sensitive to trolling, and I am really lucky. However, the whole controversy about one platform versus another, when it was happening at one time, it really broke me. I felt that all the hard work done to build a fan base on that particular platform went in vain. Apart from that, nothing like that really bothered me.”
Talking about what he thinks about his journey on the reality show and if he idolises any former Bigg Boss contestant, Vishal said, “There is no one whose journey or personality is similar to mine. After all, we are all different individuals. It is possible that there might be some traits here and there or some situations where another former contestant and I think alike. But, overall, everyone comes with a completely different personality.”
He said, “There will never be another Vishal Pandey. I am unique and different in my own way. So, according to me, I will bring out that aspect of my personality which is really me. For the last two seasons, I don’t have any role model or inspiration that I look up to or feel is like me as a person.”
‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’ is currently streaming on Jio Cinema. It was launched on 21 June.
