Huma Qureshi performed Rajkummar Rao’s Malik song for free: Can’t charge friends
Huma Qureshi has won the hearts with her performance in Rajkummar Rao’s film ‘Dil Tham’ of ‘Dil Tham’, which she did without any fee. He described the experience as a friendly cooperation filled with hard work, fun and dedication.

Actor Huma Qureshi has impressed fans with his sizzling performance in the recently released track ‘Dil Tham Ke’ from Rajkumar Rao’s upcoming film Malik. However, whatever more attention has been attracted is his decision to make the song free of cost. In a special conversation with India today, the ‘Maharani’ actor opened about the track and what it meant.
Talking to us, Huma revealed, “This is not the first time I have been offered a song, but I just liked it a great that I had to say yes. The creator of the moment Jayu (J Sheevacharni) played it for me, I fell in love with me completely. I knew that I had to be a part of it.”
The actor insisted that ‘Maalik’ was not just another project, but there was a cooperation among friends. “Honestly, it felt as if a group of friends was coming together, it was a no-borner,” he said.
Huma also reported that she did not charge for the track. ,Duston takes a legend (How could anyone borrow money from friends?) There were only two days of shooting, so I felt that it was not really necessary to take money, ”he said openly.

The shoot, however, was not a quick. Huma recalled a special demand day on the set that spread over a 16 -hour schedule.
He recalled, “There was no definite plan, it was just.
“I don’t believe in going away, saying that my innings is over. My conditioning is such that if I am at work, I will finish my job and then leave. So yes, yes, it went for 16 hours, but it was not planned. It was one of those intense days on the set,” he said.

Speaking about him for the song, Huma said that she trained for about 10 days. “I worked closely with Vijay (Ganguly) Sir’s team. They are amazing. He helped me ADAAEveryone NailEvery step. We discovered separate choreographs and styles, so that we can find out what would be best for me and complement to other dancers, while still maintaining that scale, nuances and flare. ,
While reflecting the shooting experience, Huma shared, “I really enjoyed performing it. Vibe was incredible on the set – it was all about being fun and giving it her best.”
When asked about collaborating with choreographer Vijay Ganguly, he said, “With Vijay, I already knew from his previous work that he had a magnificent ear for music and a magnificent visual spirit. I knew that he would present me beautifully.”
As ‘Maalik’, the gangster drama, in which Rajkummar Rao was acted in the lead, will be released in theaters on 11 July.
