Actor Hrithik Roshan has rented his girlfriend, Saba Azad, his brilliant maritime assets in Juhu, Mumbai. According to the documents accessed by the rental agreement for the property located in the Upskale Juhu region, the monthly fare of Rs 75,000 determines the fare JapkiThe agreement, which will start from August 4, includes a security deposit of Rs 1.2 lakh.

The property extends to an impressive 12,000 square feet. It is located in the Mannat apartment on the Juhu-Versova Link Road in Mumbai. Roshan bought three floors in this building in October 2020. This includes a duplex covering the 19th and 20th floors, with Rs 97.5 crore.

This is not the first real estate step by the actor this year. He rented a 2,727 square -foot commercial place in Goregaon, Mumbai, Rs 5 lakh per month. Then he sold three residential apartments in Andheri for Rs 6.7 crore.

The actor has not yet made any public comment about the lease.

The couple have been dating for 3 years now. In 2022, Karan Johar’s relationship with Azad became public during Johar’s 50th birthday party. His joint presence at the party confirmed his dating rumors.

On the professional front, Roshan was recently seen in the film ‘War 2’. Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, the film was released in theaters in the Independence Day weekend. The co-concluded by JR NTR and Kiara Advani, the film conducted a moderate review and scored an average run at the box office. The film clashed with Rajinikanth’s much awaited film ‘Coolie’ at the box office.

On the other hand, his actor girlfriend Saba Azad will appear in the upcoming film Song of Paradise. The film is slapped for a release on prime video on August 29. Sony Razdan is also in an important role in this.
