Start cutting the paneer into cubes. Now grate some garlic and coat it on the paneer using your hands. Next, take the spices and again coat and toss the paneer till all the cubes are well coated. Take some gram flour and sprinkle it on the paneer pieces. Toss once again so that all the cubes are coated. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces. Spread a paper towel on a plate and add the paneer tikkas on it. When all the paneer tikkas are cooked, transfer them to a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala on top (optional) and serve with your favourite chutney or dip. Enjoy!
