The recipe for this dosa has been shared by Masterchef Aruna Vijay on her official Instagram page. To make it, start by roasting urad dal and chana dal in a pan. Then, roast dried red chilies, cumin seeds, black pepper, curry leaves, sesame seeds, asafoetida and salt in a separate pan. Put everything in a food processor and grind to form a smooth powder. Next, pour a ladle of dosa batter on a pan and spread it evenly. Spread a generous amount of ghee on the dosa. Sprinkle the prepared ghee podi masala and let the dosa cook for a few minutes. Once cooked, fold it and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Your ghee podi dosa is now ready to eat!
