First things first – this pasta may have originally used ground beef, but minced chicken works just as well. The real magic lies in the layers of flavor that make each taste unique. This is a delicious dish full of strong spices that will remind you of Indian cuisine, but with a twist. This recipe is simple and perfect for cooks of any skill level. “For this, keep an eye on the spices and butter, and don’t forget to have fun,” says Anna. This casual, playful approach is what makes the dish so appealing that even beginners can’t resist trying it.

The real joy of this dish comes from how the ingredients blend together. you’ll need:

Material

  • Chicken Keema

  • salt and pepper

  • Curry powder

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder

  • red capsicum

  • chopped onion

  • butter (salted)

  • Greek yogurt

  • minced garlic

  • pasta of your choice (spaghetti or penne)

  • chopped tomatoes for garnish

  • chives

Method

  • Start by browning the chicken mince in a pan with salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. The aim here is to keep the chicken juicy on the inside while making it crispy on the outside.

  • Melt your salted butter in a separate pan and add as much paprika as your taste buds can handle.

  • Combine hung curd, minced garlic and a pinch of salt to create a smooth and tangy base that balances the heat of the spices.

  • While the chicken and sauce are coming together, boil your pasta until al dente.

  • Mix cooked pasta with chicken mixture, drizzle butter sauce over it and add tablespoon of yogurt sauce.

  • Finish with a sprinkle of chopped tomatoes and chives for that extra touch of freshness.

For those of you who like their food with an extra layer of heat, this is where the dish’s versatility shines. You can increase the spice level by adding red chili pieces or a squeeze of lemon juice to bring out a more spicy taste. And if you’re a fan of bold, savory notes, consider adding some finely chopped green chilies.

Whether you’re cooking for friends, family or just yourself, this Turkish pasta is as easy to make as it is delicious. So, when will you try it? Share your Turkish pasta experience in the comments section.
