Honor Magic 6 Pro has been launched in India, which is another flagship phone under Rs 1 lakh. To be precise, it is priced under Rs 90,000 and is likely to face tough competition from popular phones like OnePlus 12, Samsung Galaxy S24, iPhone 15, Pixel 8 and more. The Honor Magic 6 Pro comes with a 6.8-inch OLED screen that supports LTPO adaptive dynamic refresh rate. The panel refreshes at up to 120Hz. It supports up to 5,000nits of peak brightness and Dolby Vision. The flagship device features nanocrystal glass, which the company claims is ten times more drop-resistant. Apart from this, Honor has also claimed that its new smartphone has also received the world’s first Swiss SGS Multi-Scene Gold Label for five-star drop resistance.

Under the hood, the Honor Magic 6 Pro packs Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It also features the all-new Honor second-generation silicon-carbon battery with the Honor E1, a battery management chipset that claims to offer users long battery life. This is something that needs to be tested in a real-world scenario.

For photography, it will get a triple rear camera system. It includes a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.4-f/2.0 ultra-large variable aperture. It is the first phone with a 1/1.49-inch 180-megapixel periscope telephoto lens. Apart from this, the phone also has a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, there is a 50-megapixel camera for selfies, video calls and depth perception.

The Honor Magic 6 Pro has a 5,600mAh battery and the company claims that this phone can work even with 10 percent battery in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, the phone supports 80W HONOR wired charging and 66W wireless charging. Honor claims that the wired charger can give 100 percent battery in 40 minutes.
