The International Labor Day was released on 1 May, Hit: The Third Case and Retro completed one week at the box office. Nani starrer is recording a good grip while the latter is going for an unfortunate fate. Here is a look at the 7-day box office comparison between the hit 3 and retro.
Stunned by Selesh Kolanu, Hit: The Third Case is looking at a great box office trend. Nani and Srinidhi Shetty starrer has earned around Rs 92 crore at the box office worldwide in the first 7 days. On the other hand, Suriya’s Retro earned around Rs 85.50 crore globally. Retro was also behind Hit 3 in his domestic collection. It earned a total of Rs 60 crore in its initial week, while the hit 3 with a difference of Rs 67.75 crore, with a slight difference.
However, Karthik Subbaraj Direction performed better in overseas markets than hits 3. It was more than Rs 25.50 crore, while later about Rs 24.50 crore was collected in the last 7 days of the dramatic run. It will be interesting to see how both films perform in the coming days.
