Hina Khan is battling stage 3 breast cancer like a true warrior. Since the diagnosis, the actress has been keeping us updated about her journey. Even in between her chemotherapy sessions, Hina continues to hit the gym under the guidance of her doctor. In an Instagram post, she shared a video of her intense workout. In the clip, the actress can be seen performing dumbbell sumo squats, cable chest flies, wrist exercises, bent-over rows, inchworms, shoulder press with Smith machine, leg extensions, and cable rows. “Thousands of reasons may present themselves every day to pull you down. But I have one promise to fulfill for my future. And I am committed. Are you? PS: This is done strictly under the advice of my doctor and the supervision of a trainer
