Recently, Josh Hall filed for divorce from his wife Christina Hall after being married for three years. In response, on July 24, Christina filed court documents listing the assets she and Josh share. Read on to find out what the list included.
What assets are at stake in Christina Hall and Josh Hall’s divorce?
According to People, in court documents Christina mentioned a Newport Beach home that she and Josh purchased in May 2022 for USD 12 million.
This was a few months after the two individuals got married, which happened in October 2021. He also shared what his house looked like from the inside in June 2022. He wrote, “Home sweet home. No furniture, no decor, just love.”
Before purchasing the beach house, the Christina on the Coast star sold her Dana Point property for US$11.5 million. This was confirmed by the said outlet in April 2022.
Properties owned by Christina include a condo in downtown Nashville and a farmhouse located in Tennessee. According to the outlet, this farmhouse is the shooting location used for her snippet-off show called Christina in the Country.
According to property records obtained by the publication, the reality TV star was the sole buyer of the condo and home in February 2021 and December of that same year.
The filing also states Christina’s unspecified assets are solely her property, which she acquired before or after her marriage to Josh.
According to the publication, the document includes a separate list of Christina and Josh’s “community” or joint properties. Both lists include the couple’s Newport Beach residence and a portion of an undeveloped plot of land near Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, suggesting Josh has some ownership interest in them.

Josh was a consulting producer for Christina’s HGTV show, and also appeared on it with Christina.
According to the publication, it is unclear whether he will join the third show, The Flip Off. The HGTV competition series was supposed to feature him, Christina, her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and her current spouse Heather. It was announced in May.
On July 23, multiple insiders told the outlet that due to the pair’s split, the show is being filmed without Josh.
As the outlet reports, Josh cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for filing for divorce on July 15. He is seeking spousal support from Christina, but she is saying no one should receive any support.
