The Kingdom starring Vijay Devarakonda in the lead role has been slated to release on July 4, 2025. However, recent reports suggest that the film may be postponed once again.
According to sources, the Gauvamtam Tinnuri Director will now be hitting the big screen on July 25, 2025. The delay in the much awaited film is due to some scenes being again shot. However, an official confirmation is yet to come.
Talking about the film, the Kingdom has been postponed to be a detective action entertainer and will be the first installment in a planned duology. It is said that the film is said to be.
With Anirudh Ravichender crafting music tracks and scores, Jalikattu Girish Gangadharan and Joman T. John is served as a cinematographer. In addition, Naveen Nuli has edited the film.
Earlier, the music director left himself the first review of the actioner and said, “I saw the film. It’s great. Fantastic.” It is interesting to note that the Kingdom was initially planned to release on May 30 this year, but was previously postponed citing pending work.

Given the work front of Vijay, the actor is set to join hands with Shyam Singha Roy’s director Rahul Sankity for the next set, titled VD14. This period is said to be during the period during the British colonial rule.
