Haley Steinfeld: I had a crybabby on the last day of the shoot
Haley Steinfeld reflected her emotional last day on the set of Ryan Kougler’s upcoming Vampire thriller ‘Ciners’, where she plays Mary with Michael B. Jordan. The film, which examines the dynamics and personal history of the complex character, is scheduled to release in India on 18 April.

In a special chat with India today, Steinfeld talked about her role as Mary in ‘Sinners’ and how she experienced a new adventure in acting. “I loved this role of Mary for so many reasons,” she shared.
“She balances this level of confidence with a uniform level vulnerability, constantly trying to find her leg and tries to understand what she is in different situations. It is a character living in two different worlds -she loves those who love her at home, who loves her, she loves Mary.
Considering his last day on the set for ‘sinners’, Haley said, “When I wrapped ‘sinners’, I really reminded myself to wrap my first film, ‘True Grit’ at the age of 13. I was a crybabby on both occasions. During this film, when it came on the last day, we were so emotional. We felt so emotional. We felt like we were so much as a real family for it.
‘Sinners’ hit theaters in India on 18 April.
