Whether you are five years old or 35 years old, there is something thrilling about standing at the grocery store where there is a colourful display of shiny potato chips packets in different flavours. Potato chips are versatile and sometimes there are so many flavour options in a single brand. If you don’t have a particular favourite chips flavour, you might get confused while deciding which one to buy. We can understand that. However, it seems that the owner of a certain ‘Sharma General Store’ did not like this behaviour of the customers.
A funny signboard of a grocery store has gone viral on the internet. The picture shared by a user named Nishant Tripathi on Reddit shows a chips display rack with several varieties of Lays chips – Magic Masala from India, Classic Salted, American Style Cream & Onion and Hot ‘n’ Sweet Chilli from West Indies. Above the chips rack is a big signboard that reads, “I feel like standing at the shop and thinking ‘which one should I take’. Please think before coming from your home– Sharma General Store [It is prohibited to stand at the store and wonder ‘Which Lay’s flavour should I buy’. Kindly decide from your home before coming to the store],
