An unexpected highlight occurred when Genel Mone threw his jacket into the crowd during his performance. Taylor Swift, sitting near the stage, grabbed the jacket and was later seen wearing it.

The tribute concluded with the performance of V the World, a song co-made by Jones. A contingent of artists, including Wonder, Hancock, Mone and song players, gave a powerful rendering that echoed with the audience.
