How to make one-pot chole rice | Quick Chole Rice Recipe

Saute until the onions turn medium pink or light brown. Add your spices and stir for 30 seconds before adding the tomatoes. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now, add rice, boiled chickpeas and 2 cups of water. Close the pressure cooker and cook till one whistle. Voila! Your one-pot chole rice is ready.
