The report further mentions that users on both iOS and Android platforms are complaining about the app crashed on their equipment. The issue, which affected many, immediately crashed when launching or freezing the app and being united. As a temporary work -round, the YouTube team suggested to remove the first app and install it again from the app store. This approach helped many users re -achieve access, which normally has app functioning. It seems that the problem was associated with the first version of the software. Meanwhile, Google has made a permanent improvement.

Google is now asking users to follow the same procedure. Those using the YouTube app on iPhones are asked to remove the app and manually restore the app to install the latest software version. “The problem is fixed! If you are using an iOS device, please install the app again. When we pay attention to it, thank you for your patience.”
