Good bed ugly director admitted that his life changed after meeting ‘Rare Ratna’ Ajit Kumar
Good bad ugly director Adik Ravichandran opened his life after meeting Ajit Kumar. In a clear interview, he shared how the actor replaced the spotlight on him.

For filmmaker Adhik Ravichandran, life in the film industry was a constant tough fight – until he crossed the way with Tamil superstar Ajit Kumar. Good bad ugly director recently opened up about Ajit’s deep impact on his career and personal journey, saying nothing less than life-changing his bond.
Talk to Galata plusAdhik revealed that “Nobody was seen in my direction even after Anabanavan Asradhavan Adangadhavan. But it was a good feeling to get support from Ajit sir.” The actor-director pair is set for the much awaited release of Good Bad Ugruty on 10 April.
Sharing more about how his life changed after meeting Ajit Kumar, Adhik revealed that his early films were made up of the need to survive in the industry and were targeted on the youth who came to theaters. He explained, “When I did my first film, I was just 22 years old. I did not have enough maturity, but now, I am in a better place. When I did Narkonda Parvai with Ajit sir, they asked me to think big, and stopped eating for a certain set of the audience. That is why my path changed.”
Adhik, who started her direction with Trisha Ilana Nayantara, said that her mother guided her love for Ajit. He said, “I loved Ajit through Dhena. I was attracted to his anger, and listening to the stories of his personal things and made it deeper. Whether he helps for others, or the way he treats the people around him, Ajit Sir is a rare gem,” he said.
He said, “He does not like to hurt anyone, and even bad-mouting people. Knowing all this, no one came back in my praise. He can scenicize changes like a supporter, and can pull a lot of different characters. In fact, we used a lot of costumes for their character, and they made them very surprising.
Ajit Kumar, often celebrated for his humility and grounded nature despite his superstar status, when later passing through a difficult phase, increased real support and confidence in Adhik. This not only promoted Edhik a very essential morale, but also accepted his vision as a filmmaker.
His cooperation on Good Bad Ugly is more than just one more actor-director pair-this is the story of mutual respect, emotional resonance and a bond that is beyond cinema. While fans are excited to see what is in the film, this is the story behind the curtain – the trust and relationship between Ajit and Adhik – which is really inspiring.
The film will hit theaters on April 10 and will also act in important roles to Trisha Krishnan and Arjun Das.
