Godrej Properties Ltd and Lodha Developers Ltd are bullish on India’s housing demand, as both the realty companies have acquired over 25 land parcels so far this fiscal, developing residential projects with a combined revenue potential of over Rs 1 lakh crore.

According to an investor presentation, Lodha Developers acquired 11 plots of land in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Pune and Bengaluru in the first nine months of this fiscal to develop housing projects.

These 11 lands acquired by the Lodha Group have an estimated salable area of ​​20.6 million square feet and an expected selling price of Rs. 58,800 crores.

Similarly, Godrej Properties is also aggressively acquiring land in Tier-I and II cities for group housing and residential plotted development projects.

In terms of sales bookings, Godrej Properties Limited in the first nine months of this financial year has recorded Rs. 24,008 crore in sales bookings, while Lodha Developers during the April-December period of FY26 posted Rs. 14,640 crore worth of properties were sold.
