Giorgio Armani dies on 91: Sonam Kapoor from Leonardo Dickaprio, tribute to celebs
Italian fashion designer Georgio Armani died on 4 September. She was 91 years old. Many celebrities such as Sonam Kapoor, Leonardo Dickaprio and Reese Vidarsspoon paid their tribute among others.

The global fashion and entertainment fraternity is mourning the death of prestigious designer Georgio Armani.
Armani died at the age of 91, the credit for re -defying modern tailoring, popularizing power suits in the US and preparing some of the biggest names of Hollywood, his fashion house was confirmed on 4 September.
In an official statement, the brand stated that the designer “died peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones” and continued to work until her last days, dedicated himself to her company, collection and upcoming projects.
Amani family and long -time employees expressed their grief and issued a joint statement, “In this company, we have always felt part of a family. Today, with a deep spirit, we feel that the zero has always worked by the zero rescued by the people who established and nourish this family with vision, passion and dedication. Honor, responsibility and love read the statement.
Tributes have been paid by celebrities and industry figures around the world, which highlights the unmatched influence of Armani on global fashion and their permanent heritage.
Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor shared an Instagram Thread of her and Armani’s pictures. He captioned the post, “Thank you, Mr. Armani, you will be missed. (SIC).”

‘Noting Hill’ actor Julia Roberts also shared a post on Instagram. He simply captioned it, “A true friend. A legend. (SIC).”

Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace made a dedicated post for the late icon and shared Armani’s simple black and white image by staring into the camera while wearing a silver suit. “The world lost a huge today. He made history and will be remembered forever (SIC),” he captioned the image.

Formula 1 driver Charles Lakeler also paid tribute through an Instagram story. He wrote, “There was a chance to meet and work with such a wonderful person.

‘Legically Gora’ actor Reese Waterspoon shared an Instagram post with a caption, “a famous talent and a wonderful man (SIC),” to pay homage to the late designer.

Leonardo Dickaprio shared a hearty post on his Instagram stories, revealing that he first met the designer “for many years”. “Georgio Armani was a visionary whose influence reached beyond the design. I first met him many years ago in Milan and I remember his creativity and talent. He was a famous force that inspired generations, and his inheritance will continue to shape and uplift the world for the coming years (SIC).”

Giorgio Armani was also known as “Ray Georgio” or King Georgio for its modern Italian style and elegance. His funeral room will be established in Milan on 6 and 7 September.
