Game Changer Box Office Day 4: Ram Charan’s film falters on first Monday
Ram Charan’s Game Changer saw a decline in box office earnings on its first Monday. The film has earned Rs 97 crore in four days. Now it will have to face competition from Sankranti release.
Ram Charan and Kiara Advani’s Telugu drama Game Changer struggled at the box office on its first Monday. The film, which was released in theaters on Friday with a spectacular earning of Rs 51 crore on the first day, is seeing a steady decline in its earnings.
According to industry tracker SacnilkS Shankar’s Game Changer earned Rs 8.50 crore on Monday, taking its total nett box office collection in India to Rs 97 crore after four days. Despite a weekend collection of Rs 88.5 crore, the film is yet to cross the Rs 100 crore mark.

Game Changer recorded an occupancy of 20.58 percent in the Telugu markets on Monday, with the evening show having the highest viewership. Its performance has largely been a disappointment, as it is being compared to Ram Charan’s previous release, the record-breaking RRR.

While the makers claim that Game Changer has grossed Rs 200 crore worldwide, trade analysts are skeptical about this figure.
Directed by Shankar and written by Karthik Subbaraj, Game Changer is a socio-political thriller where Ram Charan plays dual roles as father and son. The cast includes Kiara Advani, SJ Surya, Srikanth, Jayaram and Sunil in lead roles.
Produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations on a massive budget of Rs 450 crore, the film has so far failed to live up to its grand expectations.
