Well, this value may not be a major change to justify the difference, but the easiest way to explain the Galaxy S25 from the old model is the new available color. The 8GB RAM is good for everyday use such as social media, browsing and casual gaming, but it can re -load the application if it goes too much in the background. 12GB RAM better handle heavy multitasking, keeps more apps open, and improves gaming performance by reducing stores and reloads. More camera features

Finally, the camera – which, again, can make an argument that there is a hardware similar to the previous year’s model. But after using S24 last year and now S25, I can assure you that the performance is definitely better, mainly due to better ISP. Photos in various lighting conditions – despite having the same hardware – now more wide are visible, and the color tone, especially human skin tone, is also close to accurate. Galaxy S25 vs. Galaxy S24: Which one to buy?

The decision between the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S24 eventually boils for your preferences and budget. If you want the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip, you should select the Galaxy S25, which promotes a solid performance on the Exynos 2400 of the Galaxy S24. 12GB RAM ensures better multitasking, smooth gaming and future-proofing as standard. Better cooling systems, refined designs and better camera features (thanks to better ISP and pro-visual engines) create Galaxy S25 more capable and polished devices.

However, if you are on a budget and not necessarily the latest glasses require, the Galaxy S24 still offers a great experience with its 8GB RAM, competent Exynos 2400, and S25 similar camera hardware.
