From Good Bad Ugly to Thug Life: Netflix announces new list of Tamil movies for 2025
Streaming giant Netflix revealed an exciting list of Tamil movies for 2025, offering a mix of exciting stories and famous stars. These movies will enthrall cinema lovers before they arrive on Netflix for exclusive streaming.
Netflix has revealed its star-studded Tamil movie lineup for 2025 this Pongal. The collection includes major releases like Good Bad Ugly, Vidamuyarchi, Retro and Thug Life along with other anticipated films like Bison, Dragon, Kantha and Perusu.
Ajith Kumar’s fans are going to be treated to two of his films: Vidamuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly are going to stream on Netflix. Vidamuyarchi starring Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan is a much-awaited project and Good Bad Ugly directed by Adhik Ravichandran, also starring Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan, will release in theaters on April 10, 2025.
Other notable projects include sports drama Bison starring Dhruv Vikram and directed by Mari Selvaraj and Dragon starring Pradeep Ranganathan and Anupama Parameswaran, which promises intense drama and high-energy performances.
Thug Life is bringing Kamal Haasan back to the big screen in collaboration with director Mani Ratnam. Scheduled for a theatrical release on June 5, 2025, the film stars Haasan alongside a stellar cast including Simbu, Trisha and Pankaj Tripathi.
