From Big B, Shahrukh to Salman: Bollywood praised Mumbai Police!
Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar marked 10 years of Mumbai Police on social media. The actors recognized their efforts and appreciated the creative campaigns inspired by Bollywood.
As Mumbai Police completes a decade of its presence on social media, actors Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar praised the force. The appreciation was given not only for his commitment towards public safety, but also for his creative engagement with the public using Bollywood references.

Responding to this, Big B tweeted, ‘T 5609(i) – We will be very happy today!@MumbaiPolice and @CPMumbaiPolice complete 10 amazing years on social media, they will always be on the lookout for Mumbaikars online! (sic)”
He further wrote, “Sadrakshanay Khalnigrahanay, which means ‘protecting the good and restraining the bad’ in Sanskrit, emphasizes their commitment to protect citizens and curb wrongdoings. #MPsPuntastic10 #10YearsOfDigitalConnection #MumbaiPolice4All.”
Shahrukh Khan also responded to the previous campaign which was inspired by his film FearHe wrote, “It’s not a question of 70 minutes, it’s a question of the whole life.And Mumbai Police has dedicated their lives to making our safety a priority, Thank you @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice for your selfless duty and congratulations on a remarkable 10 years on social media, #MumbaiPolice4All #MPpuntastic10. Salman Khan joined the celebrations and posted, “Won’t you welcome the most creatively impressive account? Thanks to @mumbaipolice for educating citizens on cyber security & digital discipline. Best wishes for 10 years of trust, technology and tireless service. #MPsPuntastic10#MumbaiPolice4All.”
Akshay Kumar is referencing the 2018 campaign inspired by him Foul play The film franchise also tweeted, “We will have to tell you loudly how to avoid this scheme.Salute to you @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice for always supporting us. We owe the responsibility of our safety to you. Thanks for being so amazing! #MumbaiPolice4All (sic).”
Talking about work, Amitabh is currently shooting for the current season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Shahrukh Khan will be seen in the much awaited film King. Salman Khan will be seen in Battle of Galwan and Akshay will be seen in Welcome to the Jungle.
