Freakare Friday has hit theaters on the big screen nearly two decades after the original film was released. The story revolves around Anna’s character, depicted by Lindsay Lohan, now in the 30s and is a single mother of Harper Coleman played by Julia Butts. Additionally, the film also brings back the Jamie Lee Curtis in its prestigious character, whose body is re -swapped by her daughter.
The film brings a fresh energy to the screen, along with the comedy, the producers also detect the romance style, as they show the sparks flying between Anna and Eric played by Manny Jacinto.
Freakier ends on Friday
Between the onscreen chaos and comedy, it is the climax of freakier on Friday that keeps the audience on the edge of its seats. Anna’s body is swapped with Lily with her mother, Tes Kolman and Haraper, four of them spoke on the head, opening about their issues.
Despite the explanation, they fail to return to their respective bodies. Harper, who is still trapped in Lily’s body, tries to perform normal acting at the rehearsal lunch of Anna’s wedding, for his father, Eric, expecting to reconsider his decision to remarriage.
On the other hand, Lily called Jake in this incident, thinking that Eric may believe that Anna is cheating on her. The misunderstanding takes place at the venue, making Anna and Harper participate in Ella’s concert.
In the final scenes of the film, Anna goes to demonstrate a moving Bailad with Harper, and at that time, they all go back to their original bodies. Eric also reaches the concert and declares from the crowd that he still wants to marry her. The pair ties the knot in the presence of their friends and family.
