Recap of Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 1
Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 1 followed a boy named Percival, who was raised by his grandfather Varghese atop God’s Finger. After learning that his father, a holy knight named Ironside, wants to kill him, Percival sets out on a quest following Varghese’s fatal injury at the hands of Ironside.
Landing in Britannia, he is befriended by a fox named Sin and a traveling troupe. During his travels, he encounters powerful people such as the Holy Knight Pelegard, who reveals Percival’s potential as one of the Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Awakening Hero-type magic, Percival generates healing mini-Percivals.
His group battles numerous enemies, including the villainous Nasians and the Camelot Knights, while uncovering Percival’s destiny. He also clashes with Ironside in Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 1.
New allies such as Anne and Hauser were also created as they faced the challenges of the Dark Talisman. Later, it is revealed that Sin is Lancelot, and they eventually make their way to Lyness, where King Meliodas explains their fate.
Some conflict occurs due to a misunderstanding with the Holy Knights, but Prince Tristan quickly resolves it by uniting the knights. However, Arthur’s forces soon attack, freeing the revived demons Melascula and Galland. The two have now merged into one monstrous unit.
After Tristan defeats the monsters and loses control, Meliodas prepares to enter the battle. We then see Arthur descending from the sky. Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 1 ends when the antagonist easily overpowers the Knights.
